The Unicomp UNCT series is a wide range of multi-purpose CT systems for three-dimensional NDT analysis of small, medium and large components. All available models have been designed based on the most modern X-ray imaging solutions available on the market, manufactured by leading European and Asian manufacturers.
A wide range of X-ray tubes with voltages from 160 kV to 450 kV, with which the tomograph can be equipped, allows for scanning and analysis of many types of elements, diametrically different in size, geometry and density. Top-of-the-range flat panel detectors deliver sharp, high-resolution images that can detect defects and features as small as several micrometers.
Moreover, each tomograph has a manipulator built on a granite base, which ensures stability and allows for the highest accuracy for metrological measurements. Thanks to CT scans and data the non-destructive analysis possibilities are limitless. Advance geometric measurements, CAD compering, wall-thickness and porosity analysis are just at hand.
