The In-Line systems we offer from our supplier – Unicomp, allow for quick 2D, 3D analysis as well as laminography of a single component or larger PCB areas. All our systems are equipped with high-class X-ray tubes and sensitive and accurate detectors that provide high-resolution images. Thanks to such imaging, it is possible to analyse voids in BGA and PDA, calculate the number of individual components in a given area or analyse the bond wires without stopping production.
